Commercial Analysis Manager

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Commercial Analysis Manager to Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets to achieve sales targets join our Sales team.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Responsible for negotiating and preparing commercial contracts & agreements for sustainable business relationships
• Organize events & activities associated with business growth
• Conduct in-depth analysis on a variety of complex strategic sales operations projects/issues
• Extract and analyze data, investigate reasons for change and present findings and make strategic recommendations and ensure corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze sales figures and trends, investigate reasons for change and disseminate / report information to all stakeholders making recommendations and ensuring corrective actions
• Develop and implement sales procedures and policies in line with the industry best practices.
• Play a leading role in the team for executing sales operations activities including (but not limited to) Reservations and Ticketing, Trade/Corporate Account support, Group Sales, Sales Support, Sales Systems, and Sales Administration.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (HQ, regional and global) to develop and maintain simplified sales/support processes that add value to key trade customers and drive cost and time savings.
• Monitor customer “pain-points” and collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies that drive cost effective and sustainable resolutions.
