Job Summary

The Admin Officer will be in charge of providing administrative support to all functions within the Automotive Business

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle all administrative and secretarial functions
  • Maintain all office files and records with confidentiality
  • Coordinate business schedules and meetings
  • Coordinate with HR office on all personnel matters
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Manage, organize and update relevant data and maintain a proper filing system
  • Liaise between Recruitment and Government Service to follow up the progress of all employees who are going through the residency process
  • Devise and apply administrative forms, reports and guidelines
  • Handle stationary and supplies inventory

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be a graduate; degree in Business Administration preferred
  • Strong command of English; preferably also Arabic
  • Experience in similar positions
  • Ability to work in stressful situations
  • Must be proactive and personable
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills, detail orientation and ability to handle multiple priorities

Documentation Officer

Job Summary

Reporting to the Operations Officer, the Documentation Officer should be able to handle all queries sea & air freight for import shipments for various customers by following up and arranging required services, routing by coordinating with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines and customs clearance teams for smooth execution of jobs. Should assist and enable by raising the standards of organizational operations and provide cost effective services

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Collection of delivery orders from shipping lines, airlines and agents
  • Preparation of documents for Delivery Order release
  • Preparation of documents for customs clearance
  • Data entry, opening of files, cost posting, invoicing and closing of files in online system
  • Update respective customers with shipment status reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Customs clearance etc.) to assure day to day execution of jobs.
  • To make sure that system is always updated with all the available information and data.
  • To maintain reporting to supervisor with ongoing jobs and recommend solutions to streamline the operations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of ‘High School Certificate’ with proven work experience in the same position.
  • 2 plus years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and ERP systems.
  • Keenness to learn and go getter attitude.

Marketing Officer

Job Summary

The primary objective of the Trade Marketing Officer will be responsible for preparing all performance reports, as well as sales analysis, controlling the trade activities. Preparing all credit advices and ensure they are compliant with proof of performance.

Job Responsibilities

•Handle the POSM (Point of Sale Materials) process and track the inventory and Trade executions.
•Track the activity implementation in trade.
•Prepare, communicate, and administer Perfect Store KPIs
•Conduct market visits to audit visibility in markets and check fundamentals such as availability, expiries, planograms, FIFO, promotion areas, MSL (Must Sell List) and checkouts and report accordingly.
•Prepare credit advice with the agreed proof of performance as per the division’s guidelines
•Maintain & Update the Digital Price List & Catalogues when required
•Liaise with sales team on the E-Commerce customers to ensure the core SKUs are listed/available with appropriate images, title, description, samples & price.
•Follow up on the promotion trade license and on the issuance of permits required from the ministry
•Generate reports and prepare analysis and presentations as per business need.

Candidate Requirements

•Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
•At least 1 to 2 years work experience in a similar role.
•Team player
•Adaptability and quick learner.
•Strong Analytical skills.
•Expert in using Microsoft Office applications especially PowerPoint and Excel.
•Presentation skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities
•Good command of both Arabic and English
•Must have a transferable residency
•Valid Kuwaiti driving License
