Account Manager

Job Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for keeping the relationships with the key customers by partnering with and ensuring the long-term success.

Job Responsibilities

•    Developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
•    Liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of service and solutions according to customer needs.
•    Operating as the lead point-of-contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
•    Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting, customer relationships
•    Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
•    Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
•    Communicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
•    Forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
•    Identifying and growing opportunities within territory and collaborating with Sales Teams to ensure growth attainment.
•    Assisting with high-severity requests and issuing escalations as needed.

Candidate Requirements

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
•    5 to 7 years of experience in direct Sales activities
•    Working in the same field is a must.
•    Creativity:  Being able to think of new systems and new ways to work. Being able to think creatively and ask the right questions.
•    Analytical Skills: Being able to understand complex mathematical analysis, calculus, and other mathematics for design and troubleshooting.
•    Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop new solutions to problems. Having the skills to identify the source of the problem, create, and test solutions.
•    Teamwork: Able to work well with others in order to get the job done.
•    Listening Skills: Listening to workers, teammates, end user, and management is crucial to the job.
•    Communication Skills: Being able to communicate plans, thoughts, and rationale in the job. Good communication skills will greatly help in accomplishing the job.

Customer Service Training Associate

Job Summary

The Customer Service Training Associate is responsible for training Contact Center Agents (in Contact Center) and Customer Service Representatives (in stores and service center) on Alghanim Industries’ best customer service practices, process, and procedures. Email Etiquette, Quality Assurance Guidelines, internal systems/platforms.

Job Responsibilities

The role will include but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

Develop training materials and curriculums for Contact Center Agents and Customer Service Representatives to support XCITE’s business plans and ensure that employees possess the right skills to ensure customer satisfaction and meet their individual and departmental objectives and targets.
Provide trainees with in-depth knowledge on systems used in the XCITE Contact Center.
Conduct and deliver trainings for new joiner batches and comply with approved SLA.
Train employees on cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximise XCITE profitability for the Contact Center Agents and Customer Service Representatives.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis for existing employees to identify individual areas for development and skill gaps.
Assist the business in creating e-learning modules for the Contact Center
Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the Sr. Customer Service Manager (and the HR Manager) on training metrics that include types of trainings conducted, the number of employees trained, number of employees retained, etc.
Responsible for maintaining the training budget and ensuring that training resources and materials are best in class.
Conduct periodic quality assurance checks by listening to active calls conducted by Contact Center Agents or reviewing Mystery Shopper analysis of Customer Service Representatives.
Coach underperforming employees or employees who have been placed on a Performance Improvement Plan.
Keep up to date with cutting edge knowledge in the Customer Service field.
Provide trainings on the Alghanim Industries HR Policy and Code of Conduct for new joiners and refresher sessions for existing staff.

Candidate Requirements

Education
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.

Experience
At least 3-5 years in a relevant role.
Must have experience working in Kuwait –

Computer Literacy
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other related business software(s).

Job Summary

The job holder will provide financial and analytical support to a specific Alghanim business – Xcite .  They will assist business decision making by monitoring and analyzing business performance and input to the financial planning process.

Job Responsibilities

•    Assist FM/FD in business budgeting, forecasting by working with operations through  collection and analysis of financial data
•    Prepare reports for internal & external customers such as vendors/suppliers etc.
•    Monitor Key Performance Indicators.
•    Analyze business performance & provide commentary on reasons for changes.
•    Compute NPV and IRR for small value capital expenditure/AFE by integrating with operations.
•    Review provisions/expenses/revenue leakage and help Finance Manager in managing the profitability.
•    Support operations manager/GM on adhoc requests
•    Review work of Financial Analyst

Candidate Requirements

•    Professionally Qualified – CA/CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent.
•    3-5 years of post-qualification professional experience within finance
•    Sound knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts.
•    Good leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills.
•    Proven analytical capabilities.
