Our Company is Urgently looking for following-

1. Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering with Technical Degree
(Minimum 2-4 years relevant Experience)

Key responsibilities and activities:-
• Perform quantity surveying for sites and projects.
• Double check the accuracy of quantity surveying data including
measurements and calculations conducted at surveyed sites
• Prepare variation orders and day works.
• Monitor site material requisitions.
• Compare the bill of quantities and sketches prepared at the tendering phase
(budgeted) with the actual resources used and report any differences to the
Quantity Surveyor Manager.
• Prepare all periodic reports with respect to the quantity surveying activities
and achievements to be submitted to the Control manger.
• Prepare subcontractors interim payments and final accounts.
• Conduct material take-off and scheduling.
• Check Actual Work Progress Measurements at site.
• Conduct analysis required to do the billing for clients and subcontractors.

Job Summary

Serve as a primary point of contact between business and its customers promoting company services and products.

Job Responsibilities

•   Targeting and identifying new customers
•   Meeting with customers to introduce services
•   Attend customer inquiries and questions
•   Keeping up to date customer records and database
•   Promoting provided services to meet sales target
•   Being up to date with market changes and supports management in predicting sales trends accordingly
•   Present, promote and sell product / service to existing and new customers
•   Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationship
•   Achieving agreed on sales target and outcomes
•   Services existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call existing or potential customers
•   Resolving customer complaints by investigating problem and come up with solutions.

Candidate Requirements

•   High school, Diploma in a related field
•   2-3 years of experience in smilar capacity
•   Creativity: Being able to think of new systems and new ways to work. Being able to think creatively and ask the right questions.
•   Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop new solutions to problems. Having the skills to identify the source of the problem, create, and test solutions.
•   Communication Skills: Being able to communicate plans, thoughts, and rationale in the job. Good communication skills will greatly help in accomplishing the job
