2. Regarding travel documents (emergency certificates) for all those not in possession of valid passports, please be kindly informed that such Indian nationals will need a standard application form. You may either download this form directly from Embassy's website: www.indembkwt.gov.in, Twitter: @indembkwt, Facebook: @indianembassykuwait, or contact the nearest Amnesty volunteer for collecting a hard copy of this form.
