The First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior, and acting Minister of Defense, Sheikh Talal Al Khalid, issued Ministerial Decision No. 410 of 2023, amending several provisions of Resolution No. 81 of 1976 related to the executive regulations of the traffic law and its amendments.
