Putt and fish curry making in Malayalam and English :
Fish curry - Ingredients
Any fish - 1/2 kg
Kashmiri Chili Powder - 2 1/2 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder - in 1
Kudampuli - 3 piece
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Garlic - 6 cloves
Small onion - 6 pcs
Curry leaf - 1 ithal
Uluva - 1/2 teaspoon
Mustard - 1/2 teaspoon
Coconut oil - 2 1/2 tablespoons
Salt - just enough
The way to prepare
Wash and clean the fish and cut it into pieces.
Add kudampuli salt in two cups of hot water.
Grind small onions, ginger and garlic.
Add some water to Kashmiri chilli powder and turmeric powder and place it into paste form.
Heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a pot (soil pot is perfect) and break the mustard and uluva, add ginger, garlic and small onions to it.
When it is golden, add some chilli and turmeric on fire and stir until oil is lightened.
Pour tamarind and water mixed with tamarind into this and boil. Add fish and enough salt while boiling.
