Job Summary
Serve as a primary point of contact between business and its customers promoting company services and products.
Job Responsibilities
• Targeting and identifying new customers
• Meeting with customers to introduce services
• Attend customer inquiries and questions
• Keeping up to date customer records and database
• Promoting provided services to meet sales target
• Being up to date with market changes and supports management in predicting sales trends accordingly
• Present, promote and sell product / service to existing and new customers
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationship
• Achieving agreed on sales target and outcomes
• Services existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call existing or potential customers
• Resolving customer complaints by investigating problem and come up with solutions.
Candidate Requirements
• High school, Diploma in a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in smilar capacity
• Creativity: Being able to think of new systems and new ways to work. Being able to think creatively and ask the right questions.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop new solutions to problems. Having the skills to identify the source of the problem, create, and test solutions.

Are you someone who loves keeping things organized, making sure deadlines are met, and helping teams work smoothly together? If that sounds like you, we might have the perfect spot. We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to make sure our day-to-day operations run like clockwork—and that no task ever falls through the cracks.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate tasks across different departments and make sure everyone knows who’s responsible for what.
Keep an eye on progress and follow up proactively so nothing gets delayed.
Prepare daily or weekly reports for management—clear, concise, and accurate.
Attend meetings, jot down key points, and share action items with the team.
Maintain accurate records and make sure every detail is tracked.
Basically—you’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything on track.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in operations, admin, or coordination roles.
Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a bonus!).
Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
Comfortable using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
Experience in a factory or production environment is a plus—but not required.
⚠️ Note: This is a coordination role, not managerial. You’ll be tracking, reporting, and keeping teams aligned—not managing people.
