The registered traffic violations must be paid for every foreigner wishing to leave the country, whatever the reason for leaving, starting from Saturday 8/19/2023
Security media:
Paying traffic violations registered on foreigners before leaving the country through the electronic portal or reviewing one of the departments affiliated to the General Traffic Department in the governorates or offices located at the land and sea ports and Kuwait International Airport.
The General Department of Relations and Security Media at the Ministry of Interior stated that it is a continuation of the procedures to ensure the collection of debts due to the Ministry of Interior based on Decree No. (17/1959) of the Foreigners Residence Law and Decree-Law No. (67/1976) regarding traffic.
The administration clarifies that every foreigner who wishes to leave the country, whatever the reason for leaving, must pay the traffic violations recorded on him in the Ministry of Interior’s systems, through the Ministry of Interior’s electronic portal, or review one of the departments affiliated with the General Traffic Department in the governorates or offices located in the land and sea ports and the airport. Kuwait International, starting on Saturday 8/19/2023.
The Ministry of the Interior calls on everyone to abide by the established legal provisions and not to violate these provisions, as it will not hesitate to carry out its duty to maintain security and public order in the country.

دفع المخالفات المرورية المسجلة على الأجانب قبل مغادرة البلاد عن طريق البوابة الإلكترونية أو مراجعة أحد الأقسام التابعة للإدارة العامة للمرور في المحافظات أو المكاتب الموجودة في المنافذ البرية والبحرية ومطار الكويت الدولي
ذكرت الإدارة العامة للعلاقات والإعلام الأمني بوزارة الداخلية أنه استكمالاً للإجراءات الكفيلة بتحصيل المديونيات المستحقة لوزارة الداخلية استناداً إلى المرسوم رقم (1959/17) بقانون إقامة الأجانب والمرسوم بقانون رقم (1976/67) في شأن المرور.
توضح الإدارة أنه يجب على كل أجنبي يرغب بمغادرة البلاد أياً كان سبب المغادرة أن يقوم بسداد المخالفات المرورية المسجلة عليه في أنظمة وزارة الداخلية وذلك عن طريق البوابة الإلكترونية لوزارة الداخلية أو مراجعة أحد الأقسام التابعة للإدارة العامة للمرور في المحافظات أو المكاتب الموجودة في المنافذ البرية والبحرية ومطار الكويت الدولي ابتداءً من يوم السبت الموافق 2023/8/19.
وتهيب وزارة الداخلية بالجميع ضرورة الالتزام بالأحكام القانونية المقررة وعدم مخالفة هذه الأحكام حيث أنها لن تتوانى في القيام بواجبها في حفظ الأمن والنظام العام في البلاد.
