We are looking for Mechanical Engineers for the following roles;
1. Senior Rotating Engineer
The purpose of the role is to support various FEEDs as an experienced rotating equipment expert.
Work involves updating weight estimates, creating/updating datasheets, specifications, requisitions and evaluation of budget enquires for rotating equipment.
Candidates must have compressors and pumps experience. Gas turbines experience is also desired
2. Rotating Engineer
Candidates should have pump and compressor (centrifugal) experience
The role involves product and checking datasheets, requisitions and specifications.
3. Lead Rotating Engineer
This opportunity is a concept study on an FPSO to prepare for the FEED phase
The role involves updating weight estimates, creating/updating datasheets and specification and evaluation of budget enquires for rotating equipment.
4. Principal Static Equipment Engineer
This opportunity is a concept and FEED which involves authoring and checking standard engineering deliverables including datasheets, specifications and requisitions
We are looking for a specialist with detailed knowledge of columns and drums. A good working knowledge of equipment design codes and PVElite is essential.
Candidates must also be proficient in MS teams and standard MS office software.
5. Package Equipment Engineer
This opportunity is to support a concept study and FEED for a major energy client.
Candidates are required to produce standard deliverables like datasheets, specifications, requisitions and technical evaluations for a FEED and concept level of definition.
These exciting opportunities are offered on 6 month plus contracts based in Leatherhead.

Requirements:
– Candidate must have an Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
– Must have minimum of 6+ years of UAE construction experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, piping , HVAC , filtration system etc.
– Should have knowledge of automation and control systems, Construction procedures and practices.
– Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
– Excellent coordination experience.
-Ability to manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders on a daily basis.
Job Description:
– Prepare and review mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP)designs for effectiveness and efficiency.
– Supervise plumbing, heating ,HVAC , ventilating, air conditioning, water pumping system, filtration system and general piping system.
-Supervise sub-contractors , regarding the installation, commissioning and testing of MEP systems.
– Analyze Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.
– Advise any technical aspects of the mechanical services that may affect construction progress, e.g., quality or snag.
– Continually review the contractor’s construction schedule during the progress of the site works regarding MEP services and report to the Project Director on the same.
– Manage the day-to-day work of the MEP team.
– Review Contractor’s shop drawings against the design [tender] drawings for compliance with the design intent and return to Head, Development Planning & Control with appropriate comments/approval .
– Review contractor’s mechanical shop drawing in conjunction with the structural and electrical engineers to ensure engineering coordination and advise the Head, Development Planning & Control accordingly.
– Undertake general project site observation/inspection of the mechanical services works for Contractor’s adherence to the approved shop drawings and Consultant’s specification, good working practices, and construction schedule.
– Undertake off-site inspections of proposed equipment and materials as may be deemed necessary by the Project Manager.
– Undertake a prior review of the Contractor’s proposed electro-mechanical system testing & commissioning methods.
– Provide advice to the Head, Development Planning & Control regarding any mechanical services related to variable costs that may be claimed by the Contractor during the works.
– Carry out other duties assigned by the Project Director.
Salary :6000-8000 AED +Transportation
Location: Sharjah
Working hours: 9hrs
