Join our team! Kuwait Airways is currently looking to hire ambassadors who are talented, motivated and culturally aware, to be a part of our expanding distinguished team. In this role, your tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Assisting the higher communication officer in completing the movement panel using the computer monitor unit. Specifying the flight number, destination, ETD, aircraft registration, payload, number of passengers. Amending the information on the board according to the received telexes. Completing the list of attendance and organize and schedule the crew for the next day.
• Applying the acknowledgement form that includes the names of all the flight crew and the hospitality crew and the role of each of them is completed. It also includes the crew that travels in excess of the flying hours and to be transferred to the traffic department. Also making adjustment when needed and notify the traffic department of all the changes that occurring. Uses computer screens when necessary to include the information.
• Performs other similar or related tasks, such as answering phone calls to deal with the inquires and questions from the crew. Sending telexes to request the necessary information, and making sure that the replacement or alternative crew has the required visas and appropriate flight certificates.

• Minimum education High School (12 years of schooling or more) or equivalent.
• 4 years’ experience in a related field, including 1 year in job training.

• Knowledge of the appropriate computer system and keyboard skills.
