Job Description:

Join our team! Kuwait Airways is currently looking to hire Head of Chief Executive Officer’s Office who is talented, motivated and culturally aware, to be a part of our expanding distinguished team. In this role, your tasks will include but not be limited to:

Supervises the activities in the CEO’s office, performs all administrative and protocol work for the CEO’s office by providing information, data, policies and procedures, saves copies of issued / incoming letters and reports from the company’s departments to the high management, coordinates with the company’s departments  And their employees in order to follow up on letter and correspondences and received from the office of high management, submits summary of topics, reports and projects to the CEO, organizes meetings of high management.

Tasks and duties:

1. Supervises the activities of CEO’s office. Does all the administrative work in order to provide information, data, policies and procedures. You will also makes sure that employees are provided with information about the transactions and letters issued/received from the CEO’s office.
2. Makes sure that copies of the letters are kept and reports (confidential and regular) issued/received from the company’s departments to the senior management offices according to an accurate index system for all relevant topics, explaining the documentary cycle thereof.
3. Coordinates with the company’s departments and their employees in order to follow up on the books and correspondences issued and received from the CEO’s office in order to determine the duration of responses and what is required of the response, according to the directives of the higher management.

Requirement:

• 13 years of experience of which 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in aviation.
• Bachelor’s degree in businesses administration or political science or mass communication or equivalent 13 years of experience of which 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in aviation.
