PUBLIC ADVISORY : RESUMPTION OF ON-SITE SERVICES ON 19 JULY 2020
The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait informs the public of the resumption of the following on-site consular services on Sunday, 19 July 2020:
FOR THOSE WHO REGISTERED VIA THE ONLINE APPOINTMENT PRIORITY SYSTEM LAST 22-24 JUNE 2020
- Passport application, renewal, and validity extension
APPOINTMENT REQUIRED VIA http://kuwaitpe.setmore.com
- Notarization of affidavits and contracts
- Affidavits of support and consent
- Authentication of PSA/NSO documents, diplomas, transcripts of records, NBI Clearance, and documents notarized in the Philippines
- Parental travel permits
- Certification of those applying for Dependent Visa
- Certifications of Philippine Driver’s Licenses
- Civil Registration
APPOINTMENT NOT REQUIRED
- Passport releasing
The Embassy requests the public to follow the following reminders:
- For those who are applying for or renewing their passports, FILL OUT IN ADVANCE THE PASSPORT APPLICATION FORM, which may be downloaded from the Embassy’s website: https://bit.ly/KuwaitPEConsularServices. BRING THE FILLED-OUT PASSPORT APPLICATION FORM, together with copies of the current passport and Civil ID.
- ENSURE TO BRING THE CORRECT REQUIREMENTS. Check the list of requirements for each consular service on this site: https://bit.ly/KuwaitPEConsularServices.
- PREPARE AN EXACT AMOUNT FOR THE APPLICATION FEE. Information on the application fees is also available on this site: https://bit.ly/KuwaitPEConsularServices.
- Bring bottled water or other refreshments, and fans to beat the summer heat.
Setting an online appointment is FREE. The Embassy warns the public not to deal with FIXERS AND SCAMMERS. Those who are being asked to pay for their appointment or application form are urged to file a formal complaint at the Embassy, so that this incident will be investigated.
Except for those who wish to claim their new passports at the Embassy, walk-in applicants are strictly not allowed.
The public is reminded that the limited operations of the Embassy are in line with internal directives for all Philippine Embassies and Consulates, and Kuwait’s Phase 2 of its “Five-Phase Plan of Gradual Restoration of Normality.”
Finally, the Embassy advises the public to wait for its future public advisory on the Online Appointment Priority System for passport applications and renewals, which will be reopened to the public once the Embassy processes all applications of those who registered online last 22-24 June 2020.

DALHIN ANG NASAGOT NA PASSPORT APPLICATION FORM, pati na rin ang kopya ng kasalukuyang pasaporte at Civil ID.

- IHANDA ANG SAKTONG BAYAD PARA SA APPLICATION FEE. Ang impormasyon tungkol sa application fee ay matatagpuan din sa site na ito: https://bit.ly/KuwaitPEConsularServices.
- Magdala ng nakaboteng tubig o iba pang inumin, at pamaypay bilang panlaban sa init ng panahon.
Ang pagkuha ng online appointment ay LIBRE. Binabalaan ng Embahada ang publiko na huwag lumapit sa mga FIXER AT MANLOLOKO. Ang mga pinagbabayad para sa kanilang appointment o application form ay hinihikayat na magsampa ng pormal na reklamo sa Embahada upang maimbestigahan ang insidenteng ito.
Maliban sa mga kukuha ang kanilang bagong pasaporte, ang mga aplikanteng walk-in ay mahigpit na ipinagbabawal.
Ipinapaalala sa publiko na ang limitadong operasyon ng Embahada ay naaayon sa mga panloob na direktiba para sa lahat ng mga Embahada at Konsulado ng Pilipinas, at sa Phase 2 ng “Five-Phase Plan of Gradual Restoration of Normality” ng Kuwait.
Bilang pangwakas, inaabisuhan ng Embahada ang publiko na abangan ang magiging public advisory nito ukol sa Online Appointment Priority System para sa mga aplikasyon at renewal ng pasaporte, na magbubukas muli sa publiko pagkatapos iproseso ng Embahada ang lahat ng aplikasyon ng mga nagparehistro online noong 22-24 Hunyo 2020.
