Sri Subrahmanyaswamy 6 Divine Kshetras – శ్రీ సుబ్రహ్మణ్యస్వామి వారి ఆరు దివ్య క్షేత్రాలు
శివుని కుమారునిగా పూజలందుకునే సుబ్రహ్మణ్యస్వామికి పురాణాల పరంగా ఎంతో ప్రాముఖ్యత ఉంది. తండ్రికే జ్ఞానబోధ చేసిన కుమారునిగా సుబ్రమణ్యస్వామి అన్ని దైవాలతో తనకున్న ప్రత్యేకతను చాటుకున్నాడు. ఆరు ముఖాలతో కూడిన స్వామిగా నిత్యం భక్తుల చేత పూజలందుకునే సుబ్రమణ్యేశ్వరునికి తమిళనాడులోనే అనేక ఆలయాలు అధికంగా ఉండడం విశేషం.

సముద్రం పక్కనే కొలువైన అతి ప్రాచీన సుబ్రమణ్యేశ్వరుని దేవాలయం తిరుచందూర్ లో ఉంది. సరన్ అనే రాక్షస రాజును సంహరించేందుకోసం స్వామివారు ఈ తిరుచందూర్ లో కొలువై నిలిచారట. తిరుచందూర్ లోని సుబ్రహ్మణ్యస్వామివారి విగ్రహం కూర్చుని ఉన్నట్టు ఉండడం ఆశ్చర్యకరం.

స్వామిమలై :
స్వామి మలై అని పిలిచే ఈ క్షేత్రంకు అత్యంత విశిష్టత ఉంది. తన తండ్రి అయిన పరమశివునికి సుబ్రమణ్యస్వామి జ్ఞానోపదేశము చేసిన ప్రదేశంగా ఈ స్వామిమలైని పేర్కొంటారు.
పళని :
ఆంద్రప్రదేశ్ లోని తిరుమల క్షేత్రానికి ఎంతటి ప్రసిద్ధి వుందో తమిళనాడులో పళవి క్షేత్రానికి అంతటి ప్రసిద్ధి ఉంది. తిరుమల తరహాలోనే పళవిలోనూ నిత్యం భక్తులు కిటకిటలాడుతుంటారు. కొండపై వెలసిన స్వామివారిని దర్శించుకోవాలంటే దాదాపు వెయ్యి మెట్లు ఎక్కాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
తిరుత్తణి :
తిరుపతి నుంచి దాదాపు 60 కిలోమీటర్ల దూరంలో వెలసిన ఈ క్షేత్రంలోనూ విశేషమైన దినాల్లో భక్తుల రద్దీ ఎక్కువగానే ఉంటుంది. తన భార్యల్లో ఒకరైన వల్లిని సుబ్రమణ్యస్వామి తిరుత్తణిలోనే పెళ్లాడినట్టు పురాణాలు చెబుతున్నాయి.
పరిముదిర్ చోళై :
దట్టమైన అడవి ప్రాంతంలో వెలసిన ఈ క్షేత్రం కూడా సుబ్రమణ్యస్వామి దివ్య క్షేత్రాల్లో ఒకటిగా విలసిల్లుతోంది. పైన పేర్కొన్న క్షేత్రాలే కాకుండా తమిళనాడులోని చాలా ప్రదేశాల్లో సుబ్రమణ్యేశ్వరస్వామి ఆలయాలు ఉన్నాయి.
తిరువరన్ కున్రమ్
తమిళనాడులో ప్రసిద్ధి చెందిన కామాక్షి అమ్మవారు కొలువైన మధురైకు సమీపంలోనే ఈ తిరుపరన్ కున్రమ్ క్షేత్రం కూడా కొలువై ఉంది. తన ఇద్దరూ భార్యలలో ఒకరైన దేవసేనను సుబ్రమణ్యస్వామి వివాహం చేసుకున్న ప్రదేశమే తిరుపరన్ కున్రమ్.
