All Airlines Operating at Kuwait International Airport must adhere to the following Instructions:
In reference to our previous circular (11/2021) dated (02/20/2021), section secondly (exemptions) from the institutional quarantine (only), we would like to clarify the following: –
1. All diplomatic missions and their members (from all nationalities) will exempted including their first-degree relatives (husband – wife -children) either singly or together, and their accompanying domestic workers, provided presenting a proof of their identification.
2. All Kuwaiti patients were sent abroad for medical treatment and their companions will be exempted after completing their medical treatment provided (obtaining certificate issued from the Kuwait health office in the country of treatment).
3. All Kuwaiti students abroad completing their university examinations will be exempted, (provided submission of a certificate issued from the Kuwait Cultural Office to prove the student is enrolled in one of abroad universities, also certificate from the University to prove date of examinations).
4. Governmental and private sector medical I staff will be exempted, including their first-degree family members (husband- wife —children( either singly or together, accompanied their domestic workers. provided submission of a proof document.
5. Unaccompanied minors passengers below (18 years old) will be exempted.
All exempted categories listed above are subject to (14) days home quarantine provided (2) PCR tests must be performed and on their own expenses, first PCR test upon arrival to the State of Kuwait and the second PCR test on day (6) from the arrival date. Also, all they are required to download and register in Kuwait Ministry of Health application (Shlonik).
