Kuwait Ramadan working hours 2019 for Banks, Government offices Kuwait Ramadan working hours 2019 for Banks, Government offices   The Civil Service Commission (CSC) set the working hours for state institutions during the holy month of Ramadan. Ministries and governmental institutions including Ministry of Education, Information, Ports, Agriculture Authority, Youth Authority, Industry, Minors Affairs, Customs, Fire Department, Municipality, Civil Service etc will be working from 9:30 am till 2:00 pm for ministries and government institutions.
