Updates on the mandatory quarantine and case investigation from of Filipinos arriving in PH The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait reminds the public that all overseas Filipinos will undergo a mandatory quarantine and COVID-19 testing upon their arrival in the Philippines. Overseas Filipinos are also reminded that the cost of accommodation at government-designated quarantine centers will be paid by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) for land-based OFWs, or the local manning agency or the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) for sea-based OFWs. Returning Filipinos who are not OFWs can choose from a list of government-approved quarantine centers, at their own expense.
