Online Appointment System For Passport Applications and Renewals for Filipinos
Kuwait City 6th June, 2020:
The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait informs the Filipino community that it`s passport application and renewal service has resumed. Due to the persistent threat of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Kuwait, only a limited number of applicants will be accommodated for passport services through an online appointment system.
Those with confirmed appointments will be accommodated from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM every day, except weekends. Setting an online appointment is FREE OF CHARGE.
The Embassy appeals to all Filipinos in Kuwait to apply for passport renewal only if there is an urgent need to do so. As a form of bayanihan in this time of crisis, please give way to those who need to apply or renew their passport in order to renew their residence visas in Kuwait.
Applicants who fail to appear on his/her date and time of appointment are advised to re-enroll in other available dates in the Online Passport Appointment System.
- Personal appearance
- Duly filled-out passport application form
- Original passport
- Photocopies of passport data and last pages
- Photocopy of Kuwait residence visa and/or Civil ID
- Changing of marital status: Please provide DFA Authenticated / Apostille PSA Marriage Certificate or Report of Marriage issued by the Embassy (female applicants only)
- Extension Form, for expired visa only

- Photocopies of both parents` Kuwait residence visa and/or Civil ID
- DFA Authenticated / Apostille Birth Certificate and/or Report of Birth issued by the Embassy

- Police Report (with English translation)
- Photocopy of lost passport
- Photocopy of Kuwait Civil ID
- Two (2) valid IDs for identification (Philippine government-issued IDs

– DFA Authenticated / Apostille PSA Birth Certificate or Report of Birth issued by the Embassy
– Photocopies of both parents` passport data and last pages
– Photocopies of both parents` Kuwait residence visa and / or Civil ID - For married FEMALE applicant: Please provide DFA Authenticated / Apostille PSA Birth Certificate & DFA Authenticated / Apostille PSA Marriage Certificate

- Duly filled-out Affidavit of Lost Passport (Embassy form)
- Duly filled-out passport application form (Embassy form)

The Embassy will not accept walk-in applications for the meantime.
