No decisions have been issued to allow those expatriates who obtain visas on arrival at Kuwait International Airport or Seaports, Al-Rai reported. The Corona Emergency Committee has not informed the Ports and Residence Affairs sector of opening visas for foreigners wishing to visit Kuwait, after the decision was issued to allow residents to enter the country as of August 1. The decision issued by the Council of Ministers includes only the entry of residents who have valid residencies, provided that they have obtained two doses of one of the approved vaccines.
