Register 17th Pravasi Bharatiya Diwas, PBD Programme Highlights

A minimum of 10 members are required to register as a group. Only the Group Coordinator has to fill the Group Registration form.

• • Go to https://pbdindia.gov.in/register-now
  • Select the box REGISTER AS A GROUP.
  • Fill in the necessary details on the page. Fields marked with asterisk (*) are mandatory.
  • The Coordinator of the group needs to fill the form. Mention the Name and Email Address of the Coordinator accurately as any further information would be sent to him/her.
  • Upload a Group Document in the PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX formats. A Group Document is a document containing Full Name, Email ID, Phone Number, Passport Number, and Nationality of all the members of the group who wish to attend the PBD 2023. Click here to download sample document.

• Click on REGISTER.
• In the next step, the Ministry of External Affairs would contact the respective Embassy and provide them the contact details of the Group Coordinator along with the Unique Coupon Code.
• The Embassy would provide a Unique Coupon Code to the Group Coordinator which should be shared with the relevant members only.
• Each member of the group now has access to the Coupon Code. Now each member of the group needs to register individually by clicking on ‘Register as an Individual’. Using the coupon code, the individual members of the group can avail the group discount.
