FAB’s Kuwait page says the branch was launched on 15 October 2006 and provides a range of commercial and treasury banking services. The bank is the largest in the United Arab Emirates, according to Wikipedia. The Central Bank of Kuwait lists the Kuwait branch among eleven foreign-bank branches.
