New COVID-19 Rules in Kuwait, No PCR, Scraps Vaccination
#Kuwait scraps vaccination, PCR restrictions on incoming travellers starting from May 1
#Kuwait Cabinet on Wednesday decided to revoke all anti-coronavirus vaccination & PCR testing restrictions on incoming travellers.
◾️Facemask-wearing at indoor & outdoor places would be optional, but symptomatic #Covid19 patients must wear masks.
◾️All vaccinated & unvaccinated people would be given access to all public places regardless of their vaccination status & PCR tests would be no longer mandatory at educational institutions & workplaces.
◾️Cancelled quarantine restrictions on those who may have close contact with Covid19 patients, but they have to put on facemasks for 14 days & get PCR tests within 14 days of the contact.
◾️Decided to oblige patients to be home-quarantined for 5 days & put on masks for 5 more days after the end of home quarantine, unvaccinated fans would be allowed back into stadiums.
◾️The cabinet urged worshippers to keep following health guidelines & precautions, mainly wearing masks & having their own mats at all mosques and prayer places.
