COOKERY COMPETITION – RULES & REGULATIONS:
• Please ensure the entry form is duly filled and returned before respective submission dates. Incomplete entry forms would not be considered.
This year the initial contest will be spread across 8 days from 6pm onwards and the dates are as follows:

• Initial selection is based on the type and quality of recipe, and is solely the decision of the panel of judges. Maximum Number of candidates will be chosen from each category. The selected participants will be informed by telephone.
• Participants will prepare the dish at home and bring it for the competition.
• The panel of judges will taste the dishes and winners will be chosen based on criteria’s such as Appearance, Taste, Aroma and Innovation.
• 3 participants will be chosen in each category, who will then compete for LIVE COOKING competition for their respective category.
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd Prize winner will be decided in each category through LIVE COOKING competition.
