Kuwait MOI started Amnesty for Indians from 16th April, 2020 Thursday

Kuwait, Ministry of Interior to receive illegal Indian residents starting from Thursday 16th April to leave the country without paying any fine.
As per the Amnesty announced by the state of Kuwait Government, Indian nationals who are staying here without any valid document can leave the country without any fine or paying for the air ticket. They can also return to the country later with proper document.
All Indian nationals desiring to benefit from the Amnesty are requested to approach following centers
from 16th April, 2020
to 20th April, 2020
(between 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM).
Male Indians can visit at:
a. Farwaniya Governorate – Farwaniya Primary School – Girls, Block 1, Street 76
b. Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, Naeem Bin Masoud School – boys, Block 4, Street 250.
Female Indians can visit at:
a. Farwaniya Governorate – Al-Muthanna Primary School – Boys, Block 1, Street 122
b. Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, Rufaida al-Aslamia primary – Girls, Block 4, Street 200
As per Indian Embassy directive, those who are in possession of valid Indian passports can approach above centers with personal belongings/baggage(s) and be prepared to stay at designated shelters till further instructions.
Those who are NOT in possession of any valid documents like Passport, Civil ID, Emergency Certificate etc (both male & females) may approach.
Farwaniya Primary School – Girls,
for biometric identification (finger print). Such people are NOT required to carry any personal belongings as they will NOT be shifted to shelters at this stage.
Those who have already applied for ECs through volunteers are NOT required to either visit above centers or the Embassy for getting travel documents. On completion of processing of ECs, applicants would be contacted and guided accordingly.
