From 23rd To 26th February, The Liberation Tower Will Be Open To The Public
Liberation Tower will be in two shifts.
The morning shift from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

where they can visit the tower at a height of 150 meter, in addition to many other facilities.

The Liberation Tower is a 372-meter-high or 1,220 feet tall telecommunications tower in Kuwait City, Kuwait. It is the second-tallest structure in the country and the 39th tallest building in the world. The tower is not publicly accessible to tourists. However, the complex building attached to the tower houses government offices such as the Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority and a government service center that offer civil services related to Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Public Authority For Civil Information, Ministry of Justice, Public Institution for Social Security, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Fire Service Directorate, and Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour.

History of #Liberation Tower:
Originally intended to be named The Kuwait Telecommunications Tower, construction of the tower commenced before the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait on August 2, 1990. When the invasion took place, construction, which was almost half-way complete, was put on hold. However, the structure received no damage, and construction resumed after Iraqi forces were expelled on February 27, 1991. Upon completion in 1993, the tower was renamed the Liberation Tower, symbolizing Kuwait’s liberation from Iraq.

How to book tickets to visit Liberation Tower

Then select the number of cards to reserve (maximum 5 cards per booking)
The morning session from 9 am to 1 pm is for foreign diplomatic and cultural personnel, official delegates and students of public and private schools and special needs schools.
Evening session for the public from 3pm to 8pm in the week days and from 2pm to 8pm in the weekends.
Enter the required information (full name – phone number – email) and you must confirm that you have obtained the vaccination
Then confirm the order.
After confirming the order, you can download pdf copies of the tickets via the Download button
Each ticket contains a unique QR Code to enter the Liberation Tower in addition to the ticket number
A copy of the tickets will also be sent to the previously entered email

The Liberation Tower is now open to the public for the month of February. The Ministry of Communications is holding a communications and postal exhibition on level 150m of the tower to showcase a unique collection of telecom devices and items related to the postal service.
The tower is open on weekdays from 3PM to 8PM, and weekends from 2PM to 8PM. You need to book ahead of time and you can do so by visiting liberationtower.com
Update:Tickets are sold out!
Update2:Ok, I found a loophole. If you try and book a ticket the normal way you will get a “Sold Out” error. Instead, what you need to do is head to this page and add the product to the cart. You will find tickets available but you can only book one ticket at a time. As of this post they had tickets available from today till Sunday. After clicking on submit, the page will hang and time out. Ignore that and check your email. If you don’t have an account on the website then you will get an email asking to verify your email. Once you verify you should get the tickets sent to you.
