How to Apply for Low Cost Government House, Rental Residence in Kuwait

Procedure

To apply for a low cost government house, the applicant has to contact the Public Authority for Housing Welfare.
The applicant should make sure that they adhere to the eligibility criteria that has been listed under the Eligibility section of this page.

First: for Kuwaiti families need the following

Card for husband and wife.
The marriage contract.
Recent salary certificate certificate of insurance or certificate of employment if not Affairs of the husband not to be exceeded three months.
Certificate of real estate registration Department (Ministry of Justice) for the spouse provided that the form has been issued three months ago.
A copy of an existing governmental request.

Security for non-Kuwaiti family (wife of Kuwaiti):

Card for wife.

A certificate of divorce.
Certificate of custody of children. (Nursery)
Children’s birth certificate or card.
Recent salary certificate certificate of insurance or certificate in the case of affairs for the wife not to have been Issued three months ago.
Certificate of real estate registration Department (Ministry of Justice) wife not have n had issued three months ago.

Inventory of inheritance.
Children’s birth certificate or card.
