Global Pravasi Rishta Portal launched by Government of India, iiQ8, Indian Embassy Kuwait

PRESS RELEASE “GLOBAL PRAVASI RISHTA PORTAL”
Government of India has launched “Global Pravasi Rishta Portal” as a dynamic portal to establish effective communication channel to connect with the Indian diaspora worldwide. It will work as a three-way communication between the Ministry of External Affairs, Indian Missions and the Diaspora.
2. The portal is created to enable the registration of Indian diaspora members i.e. NRIs, PIOs and the OCIs which is going to facilitate the Indian government to connect with the overseas Indian community. This also will facilitate NRIs, OCIs and PIOs community by connecting them to various new and existing government schemes benefiting them in various areas of interest.
3. The link for ‘Global Pravasi Rishta Portal’ is as follows:- https://pravasirishta.gov.in/home. The portal is embedded with Mission’s function areas related to Consular, Community Affairs, Labour, Education, Events and Feedback. After registering with the Portal, a user can submit queries pertaining to these areas.
