- Tendering Engineer
- Experience Required: 3+ years in tendering and bid management
- Prepare, review, and submit tenders for construction projects
- Analyze project requirements, technical specifications, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for successful bid submission
- Ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in technical documentation
- Quantity Surveyor (QS)
- Experience Required: 3+ years in quantity surveying and cost control
- Measure and quantify materials, prepare cost estimates, and track project budgets
- Maintain accurate documentation for materials, labor, and project expenditures
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to ensure accurate billing and cost management
- Perfect for someone analytical, precise, and familiar with contracting operations
Requirements for Both Roles
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Transferable residency in Kuwait

Absolute Technical Systems LLP is looking for skilled E&I Technicians to join our team for MWD cabin maintenance projects in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and refurbish MWD cabins used in drilling operations
- Troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, and instrumentation faults
- Ensure proper functioning of lighting, power distribution, AC units, smoke & gas detectors
- Conduct insulation resistance, continuity, and functionality tests
- Assist with cabin upgrades and modifications per operational requirements
- Support communication, computer, and MWD data logging systems
- Maintain maintenance records, inspections, and inventory of tools & spares
- Coordinate material requests and provide updates to supervisors
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Instrumentation, or HVAC
- 3–5 years experience in portable cabin maintenance, preferably in oilfield/drilling environments
- Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and operating specialized tools
- Good communication skills
- Willing to travel for onshore/offshore assignments
