“Regional Manager” is required in a Multinational Machinery Manufacturing company located in Cairo.

Content of the job:
·Develop and implement strategies with the Company sales team in Africa.
· Supporting our current Agents and distributors to grow their business.
·Calling on existing customers and maintaining relationships and growing the business with these customers.
·Identifying new prospects and cold calling on potential customers of the company Machines and systems. Setting and chasing ambitious sales targets.
· Develop relationships with the key role players– i.e., Consultants, Contractors, Distributors, and End users.
·Ensure regular customer visitation, making sure budgets are achieved, Projects /Quotes followed up, ensuring overall service delivery to the various customers.
· Drive positive customer service through appropriate attitude and action.
· On-site problem-solving and product maintenance and repairs.
· Expand the product and service offering within the various segments,
· Assist with training customers and colleagues.
· Achieve sales growth in line with the company-approved budgets and targets.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
·  Fluent command of the English language (speak, read, write), Knowledge of French is a plus.
· Minimum 10 years of experience, extensive sales experience in selling a multinational brand in the industrial market, particularly in a technical field to engineers and technical customers.
· Strong sales abilities: prospecting, opening opportunities, and closing sales.
· Experience selling to industries such as food, packaging, beverage, Oil & gas, medical, plastics, and automotive is beneficial.
