- Answering phone calls, replying to emails, and preparing documents (memos, office correspondence, resumes, presentations… all the everyday essentials)
- Maintaining general office files and departmental records
- Managing and replenishing office supplies
- Acting as the link between your department and the head office
Short version? You’ll be the dependable go-to person everyone relies on.
💼 POSITION 2: Logistics & Procurement Officer
(Bilingual candidates only — and experience with Port & Ministry operations is a must.)
If you’re someone who handles logistics with confidence and knows how to manage ministry paperwork without breaking a sweat, this role might fit like a glove.
Brief Job Description
- Overseeing the import of goods (cars, spare parts, oil, accessories, etc.)
- Coordinating insurance coverage for shipments
- Preparing documents required by:
- Public Authority of Industry
- Public Authority of the Environment
- Ministry of Commerce and Industry
- Tracking and procuring office supplies and fixtures
This is a role for someone organized, resourceful, and experienced in Kuwait’s operational landscape.

It’s a role where you’ll work closely with cost controls, inventory, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting — nothing overly fancy, but definitely important. You’ll be joining a team that appreciates accuracy, calm thinking, and that “I’ll figure it out” attitude.
💼 What We’re Looking For
Here’s a quick snapshot of what you’ll need:
- Must be currently living in Kuwait
- Filipino or Indian nationals preferred
- 3–5 years’ accounting experience
- Solid background in cost accounting, inventory control, and stock audits
- Experience handling AP, AR, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and LCs
- Comfortable using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo… anything similar)
- Strong Excel skills — pivot tables, cost sheets, formulas, the works
