Facility Supervisor Job in Kuwait
💼 Position: Facility Supervisor
📍 Location: Shuwaikh, Kuwait
💰 Salary: 300 – 500 KWD/month

Job Description
As a Facility Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance work in the stores, including MEP, electrical, and electronic systems. Your role ensures the stores run efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.
You will prepare monthly reports on complaints, analyze budgets vs. actuals, coordinate with suppliers for timely work completion, and inspect new store projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all maintenance work (MEP, electrical/electronic systems)
- Prepare and present monthly reports on store complaints and maintenance activities
- Raise LPOs and prepare quarterly cost-saving reports
- Perform budget vs. actual analysis monthly
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely completion of work
- Inspect civil and electrical works in new store projects
- Ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety and quality standards
Candidate Requirements
✔ Engineering Degree in Electrical OR Diploma with engineering background
✔ Valid Driving License
✔ Male candidates only
✔ Transferable Visa 18, local candidates only
✔ 3–8 years’ experience in retail or construction as facility in-charge
✔ Experience in retail maintenance is highly desirable

⏰ Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday
