Urgent HR & Administration Vacancies – Ahmadi, Kuwait

  1. Technical Assistant (Philippine Nationals)

Experience Required: 3–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the technical team in daily office operations and projects.
  • Support documentation, reporting, and data entry related to technical work.
  • Maintain and update technical records and logs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide administrative support for procurement, scheduling, and project tracking.

Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in English.
  1. HR Officer (Bilingual)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and interviewing.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Support employee relations, grievance handling, and workplace compliance.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist management in HR strategy and planning.
  • Coordinate training sessions and staff development programs.

  • Fluency in Arabic & English (bilingual).

  1. Secretary (Philippine Nationals)

Experience Required: 3–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office administration and clerical duties.
  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Schedule appointments, organize meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Assist management in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and external parties.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  1. Senior HR Officer

Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in all HR functions

Key Responsibilities:

Job Vacancy – Warehouse Operations Manager

Location: Kuwait
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 1 day off

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and optimize warehouse activities. The role focuses on inventory management, team leadership, and process efficiency, with a special emphasis on FMCG operations, particularly frozen items and high SKU volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
  • Manage inventory control, maintain optimal stock levels, and minimize waste.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards through regular audits and inspections.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and analyze performance metrics, reports, and dashboards focusing on inventory trends, SKU management, and warehouse KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements:
