Position: IN-STORE SHOPPERS
Location : Kuwait
Responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Communicate in a positive, professional manner with the customer using customer-preferred method of messaging or phone
• Quality: Select the highest quality produce and perishables. Handle and pack items with care to avoid damage
• Efficiency & Timeliness: Accept and fulfill orders efficiently, accurately and completely based on store inventory to meet delivery times
• Care: Find comparable alternatives and use good judgment to ensure preferences are considered when in selecting product replacements or making refunds
• Teamwork: Assist other shoppers with orders as needed
Skills:
• Communicate and work well on a team in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver customer service that meets or exceeds customer needs
• Organize, plan and prioritize tasks
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of produce and interest in learning more
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Purchase Tobacco legally (21+)
• Consistently access and familiarity with a recent smartphone (iPhone 5 or above or Android

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced support for Windows Desktop & Server OS.
Administer & troubleshoot Office 365, Networking, Servers, VMware virtualization, and Storage Hardware.
Implement, monitor, and maintain Backup & Restore solutions.
Manage and support Cloud platforms & Hybrid environments.
Oversee & optimize VMware infrastructure including provisioning, monitoring, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
Maintain IT infrastructure documentation & troubleshooting guides.
Mentor and guide junior engineers.
✅ Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of proven experience in IT System Support.
Strong expertise in Windows Desktop & Server OS.
Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization.
Solid knowledge of Networking, Office 365, and Cloud environments.
Expertise in Server, Backup & Storage Hardware.
Proficiency in Backup & Restore solutions.
Knowledge of Linux (added advantage).
Excellent problem-solving & troubleshooting skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
