Job Summary

This position is focused on supporting the Sales team and the retail operation management. As the Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting sales manager along with retail showroom managers, preparing bonus reports, creating purchase orders, preparing sales performance reports for all sales outlets, preparing remedy requests in regards to activation for new joiners along with rotation for existing sales staff.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare accruals, forecasts, payments, Following all reasonable instructions as requested by the management
• Creating purchase requisitions, goods receipts, raising AFEs and Internal Invoice.
• Data collection relevant to customers’ footfall and stores’ conversion rates.
• Prepare reports that provide visibility into the performance of the Sales team
• Support creation of sales/operations management presentations
• Collect, analyse, evaluate and track performance against established sales and recruiting goals, and updating stores’ headcounts.
• Support the sales team by scrubbing reports/data (internal/external)
• Provide support for Managerial level reporting and weekly sales status reports
• Responsible for the reconciliation, creation and delivery of Sales reports
• Communicate the Mystery Shopper store visits, and prepare stores’ rankings.
• Alert Sales managers for stores’ financial gaps
• Log in IT tickets for Retail Sales team

Candidate Requirements

• 2+ years in business environment /account management preferred
• High competency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
• Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis requests of varying size and scope
• Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong problem solving / analytical skills
