Job Description
As a Welding Inspector, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring welding quality and compliance in oil & gas EPC projects, including refinery projects.
Your daily work involves reviewing welding procedures, inspecting welds, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating with project teams to maintain construction integrity.
This role requires a hands-on professional with proven experience in refinery projects and EPC environments, along with the necessary certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect welding activities in oil & gas construction projects
- Ensure compliance with AWS / CSWIP-3.1 certification standards
- Perform NDT Level 2 inspections on welds
- Review welding procedures and documentation
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain construction quality
- Ensure adherence to project and safety standards
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain proper documentation
Candidate Requirements
✔ BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering
✔ Minimum 12 years of welding inspection experience, 9+ years in Oil & Gas
✔ Experience in refinery projects and EPC construction
✔ AWS / CSWIP 3.1 certification required
✔ NDT Level 2 certification required

As a Facility Engineer, you’ll oversee all operational, maintenance, and compliance aspects of multiple properties. You’ll manage maintenance teams, supervise contractors, handle licensing and compliance issues, and ensure tenants and residents receive prompt, professional support.

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Management
- Monitor and follow up on maintenance contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure systems and facilities are functioning efficiently
Licensing & Compliance
- Follow up on licenses and permit renewals for all properties
- Address regulatory compliance issues and coordinate resolutions
Maintenance Team Supervision
- Oversee daily activities of maintenance teams across properties
- Ensure prompt response to maintenance requests and emergencies
Property Inspections
- Conduct daily property tours and prepare snag lists (e.g., damaged fixtures, glass, ceramic)
- Ensure corrective maintenance is completed promptly
Tenant & Resident Support
- Address tenant and resident complaints professionally and in a timely manner
- Investigate issues and coordinate solutions with relevant teams
Operational Coordination
- Collaborate with administration, maintenance, security staff, tenants, investors, and management
- Ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow across all properties
