Job Duties:
• Capability to respond to calls following unified greeting message,professional techniques to handle callers, absorb their anger, build good rapport with them and ensure satisfaction of callers at the end of the call.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
• Management and resolve customer complaints
• Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Qualifications and Skills
• 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
• Knowledge of customer service practices a
• Good listening skills , verbal, and written communication skills
• Must be capable to handle calls in Arabic and English during each shift
