Job Summary:

To produce detailed informative briefing documents for the management on diverse topics on day to day basis.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Conduct research on multiple sectors
  • Constantly be up to date with the local and international business financial news
  • Supporting with the strategy development for new and ongoing projects
  • Overseeing the execution of the developed strategies and major events
  • Continuously working with the consultants and partners on any projects ensuring that the project runs smoothly within the planned timeframe
  • Preparing quality presentations for the management meetings
  • To work closely with the communications team to ensure all executive events go as planned
  • Translating news, research or any required documents from Arabic to English
  • Performing other duties as requested by the Manager

Skills, knowledge & experience required:

  • A Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Finance /Economics/Business Management
  • More than 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated analytical, research and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is must
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to creatively looking and resolving issues in a timely manner

Job Summary

Day-to-day management of inbound, outbound and housekeeping Operations in support to Supervisors. Act as second in command for Supervisors and lead the team in any activities in warehouse.

Job Responsibilities

•    To lead team of labourers , Warehouseman and Sr. Warehouseman in meeting the needs of the Business  for both Inbound / Outbound Operations
•    Ensure all incoming / outgoing goods are placed on the correct pallet type.
•    Carry out random inspection audits for packaging and labeling quality
•    Reports to Supervisors all items that have packaging defects / damage (KPI).
•    Responsible for ensuring  100% pallet label accuracy and report deviation via KPI
•    Provision of  management information eg operations KPI’s to meet all reporting requirements
•    Participation in internal /external reviews as required
•    Provides feedback on personnel performance which will be a support documentation for the promotion and incentives
•    Support the Superior in achieving daily task targets set by Management
•    Enforcing good practice amongst Team Leaders and Operations Staff
•    When required, will assume / do other warehouse role  / activities as per Management / Superior’s requirement

Candidate Requirements

•    Able to meet Performance Standards
•    Good reporting skills required
•    Forklift driving ( Advantage)
•    Health & Safety Knowledge & Adherence (including compactor operation)
•    Basic Computers Skills  (Excell / powerpoint)
•    Good Communication skills – able to read and write in English
•    SAP Knowledge required
•    Flexible/Enthusiastic –  no issues on shifting timing

Call Centre Agent is responsible for responding to customer calls and providing a positive, efficient customer experience and ensuring high customer satisfaction

Job Responsibilities

  • Comply with staffing schedules and break allowances
  • Provide customers with accurate information at all times
  • Address the customers in a friendly tone and provide them with the best experience possible, minimizing customer wait/ hold time
  • Create complaint tickets correctly, in adherence with policies and procedures
  • Update the database with the most recent customer information
  • Handle stressed, angry and confused customers in the most positive way possible
  • Escalate cases that require intervention by Shift in Charge or Call Centre Manager.

Candidate Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to communicate in Arabic and English
  • Good computer skills
