Procurement Specialist, iiQ8 Jobs, Kuwait Job Vacancy

AlWazzan Regional Group in Kuwait is looking to hire a “Procurement Specialist” with the below requirements:

Job Summary:
– Accountable for resolving issues concerning price disputes and making bids for vendor’s services

– Ensure supply chain needs of the Company are met in a timely and cost-effective manner

– Responsible in contract management (contract negotiations, renewals, obtaining business of new vendors, price discussions and monitoring of terms of the contract)

– Responsible for placing and tracking orders in a consistent and timely manner, taking approvals as per the company authorization matrix and proper filing them on records

– Accountable for implementing procurement processes to ensure efficiency, cost savings and best practices

– Assist the Finance team throughout the procurement cycle in forecasting and budgeting

Job Requirements:
– Strong analytical and negotiation skills

– Proven experience working as a procurement specialist in Food and Beverage industry

– Impeccable problem-solving skills

– Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent educational qualification
