Now Hiring – Operation Executive – E-Learning

Requirement: The Operation Executive is expected to facilitate, handle, track, and measure the performance of the instructors (faculty administration) and the production of their courses (production support).

Responsibilities:
• Creating a production plan with instructors and facilitating timely course production
• Addressing production-related issues that instructors may have
• Monitor and report weekly production progress and performance
• Providing recommendations to management on decisions regarding instructors
• Facilitate the upkeep, maintenance, and improvement of completed courses with
instructors.

Production Support:
• Ensuring that course information and data are set up and maintained
• Collecting and updating the resources required by instructors to create and teach the courses when necessary
• Aiding instructors by preparing course material as per Company’s requirements when required
• The Operation Executive will coordinate with team members for work involving instructors that includes, technical support, milestone achievements, and course release, etc.
