We’re looking for a Quality Control Supervisor for an F&B company. The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible upholding and improving the quality and safety of all food products and processes. This involves overseeing food production, hygiene practices, compliance with food safety regulations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food items to various locations.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain consistency and high standards in food production.
• Monitor food preparation, cooking, and packaging processes to ensure compliance with established recipes and presentation standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of the central kitchen facility, equipment, and storage areas for cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and sanitation standards in food production.
• Train and educate kitchen staff on quality control protocols, food safety, and hygiene practices.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in food science, culinary arts, hospitality management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO & General Food Safety.
• Excellent communication skills to provide feedback and training to kitchen staff.
• Attention to detail in identifying quality issues and implementing corrective actions.

Kuwait Oil Company has become aware of various email scams circulating on the internet in which fraudsters, using KOC or other Kuwait oil sector companies’ official logos, falsely intimate that the recipient of the email has been appointed a position at KOC. The fraudsters typically ask the recipient to submit “fees”, sometimes large sums of money, to secure a “visa” to travel to Kuwait and take up employment. Sometimes the scammers will send a fake check to reimburse the “fees”. The victim may send money before discovering that the “reimbursement” check is fraudulent. There is also the possibility that this scam may be used to extract the victim’s personal identifying information in an effort to commit further fraud.

KOC has posted this warning as a public service. Kuwait Oil Company and its employees and agents will not be liable for any losses incurred as the result of these unauthorized activities.
