🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma
🧑🏭 Experience: 5–6 years in construction or oil & gas projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders
- Maintain accurate stock records, deliveries, and receipts
- Prepare and fulfill supply requisitions; coordinate with purchasing
- Organize and maintain warehouse/stores safely and efficiently
- Supervise unloading and allocate materials to proper storage
- Verify quantities, specifications, and quality of materials
- Ensure optimum stock levels for continuous workflow
- Update stock registers and filing systems
- Issue materials, parts, and supplies as required by the site
- Recommend disposal of obsolete or defective materials
- Monitor and control fixed assets in the assigned location
- Support material control for Flowlines Construction activities
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Store Keeper
- Experience in construction or oil & gas projects (Flowlines preferred)
- Strong knowledge of materials and inventory management
- Familiarity with store management procedures and quantity measurements
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office / ERP systems
- Customer service and administrative abilities
