What the Job Really Looks Like
This role is a mix of sales, communication, and a bit of strategy. Some days you’ll be out meeting people, other days you’ll be following up on leads or replying to emails. It’s not repetitive—and that’s a good thing.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Reaching out to potential clients through outdoor marketing or calls
- Following up on leads (because timing makes all the difference)
- Handling emails and keeping communication clear and professional
- Managing client accounts and maintaining relationships
- Supporting marketing efforts—sharing ideas, testing what works
- Assisting with simple financial reports and tracking progress
It’s not just about selling. It’s about building connections and keeping them strong.
What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree (any relevant field is fine)
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Good communication skills—you should be able to explain things clearly
- A presentable and confident personality

Job Responsibilities
• Targeting and identifying new customers

The Role – A Closer Look
This isn’t just about entering numbers into a system and calling it a day. It’s more hands-on than that. You’ll be involved in the full cycle—tracking, checking, reporting… making sure everything adds up the way it should.
On a typical day, you might find yourself:
- Recording daily financial transactions—journal entries, payments, general ledger updates
- Handling intercompany transactions (those can get tricky, but you’ll get the hang of it)
- Double-checking entries and documents to make sure everything is accurate
- Preparing financial reports—balance sheets, income statements, the whole picture
- Reconciling accounts and sorting out any mismatches
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing (yes, those busy periods we all know)
- Assisting with audits, budgets, and forecasting
It’s detail-oriented work… but if you enjoy spotting errors and keeping things clean and organized, it’s actually pretty satisfying.
What They’re Looking For
They’re not just looking for someone who “knows accounting”—they want someone who’s comfortable working with systems and can keep up with the workflow.
- Experience with Oracle R12 and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (you’ll definitely be using it a lot)
- Transferable Visa 18
- Ideally, someone who can join within a month (sooner is even better)
