What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing full administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
• Managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements (you’ll be the keeper of time!).

💼 Position: Training & Development Manager

📍 Location: Kuwait City

As our Training & Development Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of learning across our restaurants and retail outlets. From onboarding new hires to leading workshops and building e-learning programs, you’ll make sure every team member delivers world-class service with confidence and pride.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and facilitate engaging training programs for F&B and retail operations (frontline, supervisors, and managers).
• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions aligned with company values and service standards.
• Deliver impactful training on customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, food safety, HACCP, and hygiene.
• Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and roll out targeted learning solutions.
• Develop creative training materials — from manuals to interactive e-modules and PowerPoint decks.
• Evaluate training outcomes using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Support employee development and nurture a culture of growth, learning, and excellence.

🎓 Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Hospitality, or related field (Master’s or L&D certifications a plus).
✅ 3–5 years of solid training experience in Food & Beverage or Retail industries.
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills (bilingual candidates preferred).
✅ Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
✅ Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

💡 What We’re Looking For:

• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Local candidates only (Transferable Visa 18 – Ahli).
• Based at Head Office with regular visits to F&B and retail outlets.
