Job Description:
As a Junior IT System Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations, assisting in maintaining network infrastructure, and ensuring smooth functionality of company IT systems. Your role will include:
- Providing first-level IT support to staff and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Managing domain servers, network printers, and company computers.
- Assisting in maintaining the company’s network environment and IT infrastructure.
- Helping with software installations, updates, and routine IT maintenance tasks.
- Escalating technical issues to senior engineers when required.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts, server management, and printer/network setup.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Indians with transferable visas are preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
- Starting salary: KD 300
- Working hours: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Responsibilities
Management of data inflow
- Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture; adopt new technologies to improve existing frameworks of data flow and monitoring
- Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements
- Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and ‘big data’ technologies; take necessary steps to implement necessary changes in the IT infrastructure such as MDM tool acquisition, data lake design, cloud solutions implementation in coordination with IT and technology coordinator
- Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building models by automating and simplifying data preparation
- Translate customer data strategy into actionable data integration plans and execute these plans
- Maintain 360 degree view of customer, enhance the customer datamarts by continuously integrating new sources of data
Data cleansing and unification
- Create automated data anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance
- Process, cleanse, and verify integrity of data used for analysis; active use of built-in data quality dashboard on CDP and coordination of corrective actions
- Develop algorithms to de-duplicate and export customer data from multiple BUs to ensure data unification
- Ensure continuous unification of customer records and associated profile and transactional data

Job Summary
Support Business Solution Manager in supporting business growth through achieving and implementing IT strategy and road map.
Job Responsibilities
• Handle change requests raised by business and ensure time delivery with adherence to change process
• Projects management either small to medium size projects or assigned tasks within a project
• Understand at least one end to end key business processes in detail in SAP e.g. order to cash, procure to pay, Master Data Management etc. as
• Provide support for existing system (SAP, BI/BO, SHAMS) along with the integration between ERP & other modules
• Innovate new ideas that can help business to increase sales, save cost or enhance controls
• Incidents and service requests management. Ensure timely closure for service tickets and incidents
Candidate Requirements
• Exposure to best practices Master Data Management for material and vendors.
• At least one End to End business process understanding in e.g. order cash, procure to pay.
• Hands on knowledge in at least one of three SAP ERP modules –MM, FICO.
• Team working skills
• Projects management and change management skills
• Experience of getting to know and understand the business and to identify how IT can best contribute to its success.
• Good knowledge of IT Processes and policies
• IT graduate with minimum four years’ experience in similar role
• Good presentation and reporting skills
