Responsibilities:
- Design, supervise, and execute HVAC systems for high-end villa construction projects
- Review and interpret mechanical drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Conduct site inspections to ensure proper installation and compliance with project requirements and safety standards
- Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, electrical, architectural) to ensure seamless integration
- Prepare technical submittals, equipment selections, and project documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HVAC experience, preferably in villa or residential projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design, installation, and commissioning
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is a plus
- Fluency in English required; Arabic speakers preferred
- Valid Kuwait residency and transferable visa

- Create detailed BIM models for plumbing and fire fighting systems using Revit
- Prepare shop drawings and coordinate with other MEP services
- Perform clash detection and update models accordingly
- Support site teams with updated construction drawings and revisions
- Maintain proper documentation of all designs and modifications
Requirements:
- Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical or MEP Drafting
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BIM modeling for PL&FF systems
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of plumbing and fire fighting system layouts and local codes
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
- Must be currently residing in Kuwait with transferable visa

- Assist the tendering team in bidding processes and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in estimation for plumbing and fire fighting works
- Strong understanding of local market pricing and materials
- Proficient in estimation software, MS Excel, and AutoCAD
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Kuwait residency with a transferable visa is mandatory
