WE ARE Hiring TECH mahindra FOR KUWAIT

NETWORK ENGINEER LEVEL 2 (Min Experience 3 5 years)a
– Implement and manage network infrastructure, ensuring the use of best practices and methodologies.
– Troubleshoot network, routing, and interconnectivity issues efficiently.
– Manage tasks effectively, maintaining high security and operational standards within a dynamic data center environment.
– Perform physical duties such as moving and installing equipment as needed.

NETWORK ENGINEER LEVEL 1 Min Experience 1 -3 years)
– Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, ensuring robustness and efficiency.
– Address and resolve networking, routing, and connectivity issues.
– Engage in the physical installation and racking of network equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
– Collaborate on various projects, bringing technical expertise to a high-security data center environment.

CABLING INFRASTRUCTURE TECHNICIAN (Min Experience 1 -3 years)
– Install, maintain, and repair cabling within the data center environment.
– Troubleshoot cabling and connectivity issues efficiently.
– Work on complex projects, ensuring compliance with our best practice methodologies.
– Manage tasks in a high-security setting, adhering to operational and confidentiality standards.

FOREMAN (Min Experience 1 – 3 years)
– Supervise packing, unpacking, and lifting activities, ensuring all operations adhere to safety protocols.
– Conduct and oversee loading and unloading operations using a pallet jack.
– Coordinate and direct construction site activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
– Manage cable laying and manhole installations, providing clear visual instructions to the team.

IT OPERATIONS LEVEL 1 (Min Experience 1 – 3 years)
– Resolve issues across systems and networking to maintain system reliability.
– Remediate power issues and participate in data center incident management.
– Adhere to 24×7 shift and on-call schedules, with prompt response capabilities.
– Install servers within designated service level agreements (SLAs).
– Perform diagnostics and maintenance of server and network devices.

IT OPERATIONS LEVEL 2 (Min Experience 3 – 5 years)
– Efficiently prioritize and resolve system and network issues to ensure system reliability.
– Troubleshoot Linux and multi-platform technical issues.
– Manage physical layer outages and power issues on server racks.
– Meet rigorous 24×7 shift and on-call responsibilities.
– Conduct hardware diagnostics and replacement, adhering to security practices.
– Implement small to mid-scale projects and contribute to developing the world’s largest cloud infrastructure.
