Legal Collection Supervisor

1. BASIC FUNCTIONS AND SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Ensures effective collection follow-up on Legal portfolio and timely collection of  receivables
  • Improve collection in Legal to reduce bad debts provision
  • Handle customer service-related queries and complaints                                             
2. PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

  1. Achieve Legal Collection KPIs set by the management. Ensure collections are maximized for Kuwaiti, non-kuwaiti segment and different collection aged buckets
  2. Ensure to identify and timely flagging of Skipper customer
  3. Supervision of day-today collection follow-up activities of team pertaining to Legal portfolio, the  key responsibilities are:
    • Allocate Legal outstanding customer to collection agents for daily follow-up
    • Publish collection performance report by agent and age bucket
    • Publish daily call volume report by agent to ensure adequate follow-up happens
    • Evaluate agents follow-up call to ensure follow-up happens as per calling script
  4. Send SMS to overdue customers as per the policy
  5. Manage customer calls(inbound/outbound), handles queries or complaints
  6. Monitor agents Calling script, volume, field visit and ensure to capture necessary documentation
  7. Provide support to the agents on collection issues, provide feedback to sales operation/management with respect to underwriting issues if any
  8. Maintain good relationship with Police department to help in Car Seizure/Jail Order activities
  9. Co-ordinate with AI Legal court team for CPO, renewal of legal actions on customers
  10. Review follow-up feedback received from agents and take necessary action
  11. Provide required training/support to the team and ensure that team is working optimally
  12. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss on issues, suggestion and provide solution
  13. Publish report on collection performance to the management as applicable
  14. Review various reports and identify the issues and provide timely solution

Service Technician

Long Description

Job Summary

Electronic service technicians are responsible for diagnosing, repairing or replacing parts for all household appliances.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prescreen, identify, analyze, and repair appliance and electronic product failures ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Configuring/troubleshooting experience with hardware including audio-DSP, A/V control, video and audio devices, and USB based software applications.
  • Order necessary parts after initial prescreen so they are in hand before going to customers’ location.
  • Perform daily administrative functions to include warranty claims and report submission.
  • Maintain performance objectives as required by the company.
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, equipment and parts inventory.
  • Rely on personal judgment for safety regarding work.
  • Work independently without onsite supervision.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

Candidate Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years field service experience in all major home appliances.
  • Possess appropriate Refrigerant Handling Certificate(s), CET, (HVAC) and other applicable appliance or electronics service certifications.
  • Knowledge and proficient use of electronic and appliance and/or refrigeration tools and diagnostic test equipment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Smartphone technology with the ability to quickly learn proprietary software applications.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
  • Meet physical requirements generally associated with field service repair (lifting, bending, etc.).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
  • Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills.

Sr. Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative in this department will be responsible for the study and assessment of the insurance policies in the Motor Underwriting Department.

Job Responsibilities

•    Ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of policies and endorsements in compliance with the prescribed policies and guidelines of the company in order to serve customers efficiently
•    Provide quotations for new and renewals business.
•    Explain the terms and conditions to the customers via e-mails
•    Weekly filing policy, Data entry, keeping a tracker and provide reports to management.
•    Follow up with non-receivable policy after renewal issuing.
•    Assess the risk and classify it according to its likelihood of loss, and proof if the risk should be accepted and if so, how the policy should be issued and determining the premium that needs to be charged to insure the risk.
•    Manage business communication with corporate, non-captive & captive business and dealing with Brokers to Issue there Polices Required.
•    Follow Up for all Motor new or renewed insurance Policies Issued in the Head office from Issue date until filing.
•    •Approval to new & Renew policies in the System After Issued.
•    Coordinating with the finance department for the monthly closing.
•    Working along with Enaya sales staff

Candidate Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelors degree with at least 3 years experience in Motor Insurance
•Good computer skills (MS Office)
•Proficiency in English
•Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•A team player with high level of dedication
