QA/QC Manager Responsibilities (job description) Arch. Or Civil engineer (experience with at least 10 years in similar projects with regards to type and value):

·      Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment “ITP inspection and test procedures”.
·      Prepare methods of statements that ensure every step matching with project specification and standards.
·      Handle Material submittals and ensure that the submittal covers all requirements matching with project specification and standards.
·      Handle material tests ensure that the submittal covers all requirements matching with project specification and standards.
·      Follow leed requirements and ensure that the material covers all requirements matching with project specification and standards.
·      Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards and specifications.
·      Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
·      Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products.
·      Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of material.
·      Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct.
·      Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products.
·      Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems.
·      Assure implementation of the method of statement during construction stage.
·      Issue Non-conformance report if the on-going works doesn’t match project specification and standards.
