We are hiring the following position:
1. F&B Operations Manager
Job Purpose:
Supervise F&B operations and monitor compliance with all F&B policies, standards and procedures. Verify that the quality in all outlets meets the expectations of the customers. Maintain operating budget and ensure F&B targets are achieved.
Job Responsibilities:
. Regularly visit all outlets and inspect them.
.Take required actions to maintain daily F&B operations as per highest quality standards while achieving high level of customer satisfaction.
· Maintain operational budget for all outlets regarding suppliers, labor and take corrective action as required.
· Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each concept are followed in front and back-of-the-house.
· Oversee maintenance work in outlets is completed on time, as per budget and specifications.
· Ensure customer complaints are resolved.
· Follow-up on action plans for each outlet.
· Conduct regular sales meeting with Area Manager, Restaurant Managers and Supervisors.
· Follow-up with other departments to ensure concerns of outlets are resolved.
· Monitor forecasts, sales and financial analysis of outlets and take required action based on them.
· Ensure new and existing staff is sufficiently trained in coordination with L&D department.
. Motivate and supervise staff and solve any employee related issues.
Experience & Qualification:
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration or similar.
– At least 10 – 15 year’s experience in the similar role
– MS Office
– Excellent Arabic & English communication

– Very good communication and presentation skills

– Very good understanding of F & B processes and trends
– Knowledge sector’s best practices
– Strong leadership and motivational skills
