  • Coordinating all site services and acting as the main point of contact

  • Arranging manpower, tools, equipment, and materials when required
  • Handling normal and emergency call-outs
  • Managing entry passes, timesheets, invoices, and daily coordination tasks
  • Taking care of staff matters — visas, work permits, civil ID, leave, salary, overtime
  • Ensuring services run without interruption and equipment is well maintained
  • Coordinating non-core equipment supply and making sure deliveries arrive on time
  • Preparing and submitting reports and required documents

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end procurement cycle — from PR to RFQ, supplier evaluation, PO, and GRN
  • Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to achieve the best cost, quality, and lead time
  • Maintaining and updating supplier databases, quotations, contracts, and pricing lists
  • Coordinating with Warehouse and Inventory teams on stock levels, reorders, and delivery schedules
  • Ensuring all purchases follow internal policies and approval matrix (DOA)
  • Tracking supplier performance — on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness — and resolving issues or claims
  • Preparing procurement reports and KPIs (spend analysis, savings, cycle time, supplier scorecards)

In short… you’ll keep procurement organized, efficient, and accountable.

✅ Requirements

We’re looking for someone who brings both experience and ownership:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 5+ years of procurement experience (retail, luxury, or multi-branch environments preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, Zoho, MenaMe, or similar) is a plus
